Serves those receiving water from the City of Ravenna (which serves the City of Ravenna and parts of Ravenna Township) who are age 62 or older or those who are any age and receiving Social Security benefits for a disability. Discount is also offered to those receiving HEAP benefits during the HEAP season (there are no age restrictions for this group).
Older adults need to bring proof of age (state issued photo ID). All others will need to bring proof of income (pay stubs or Social Security statement) or proof of HEAP enrollment.
Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm. Closed on federal holidays.
