Eligibility

- Caregiver must be a resident of Medina County and must be one of the following: Employed; enrolled in an undergraduate program (associate or bachelor's degree); or receiving education necessary to maintain employment, certification, or licensure. - For initial application, income must be at or below 200%145% or less of current Federal Poverty Level (FPL). - Reapplication is required after 12 months of assistance. Current recipients may have income up to 300% FPL when reapplying.

- Call the office for more information or to get an application. Applications accepted in the office, by fax, by mail or online. - NOTE: Clients who are currently on this program should make sure to reapply before the 12 months of service ends in order to remain eligible for this service.

Fees

Parental weekly co-payment of the child care cost is based on household income and family size.
