Provides legal information, advice, or representation to people with the following reentry issues: *Criminal record sealing/expungement (People may request criminal records, for convictions as well as not guilty/dismissal situations, be expunged without the services of an attorney. Forms should be filed at the criminal courts office; in Fairfield County there is a fee of $75.00 per charge (up to 2 charges may be expunged). SOLS has a packet of forms and instructions available for this procedure. Individuals may request the fee be waived if they have no income.) *Driver’s license reinstatement *Certificates of Qualification for Employment
