Description

Operates apartments and town homes in order to provide affordable housing to low income families and individuals. Rent is subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is based on 30% of the household's adjusted annual income. LMHA operates four public housing developments: Park View Apartments (Willoughby), Washington Square Apartments (Painesvlle), Jackson Towers Apartments (Painesvlle), and Woodlawn Homes Townhouses (Painesvlle).
