Eligibility

- Serves youth age 21 and under who are enrolled in the Sandy Valley Local School District. Allows some open enrollment. - Children must be age five (5) by the first day of the school year in order to attend Kindergarten during the academic year.

Required documents

For registration: - Copy of birth certificate. - Copy of immunization records. - Copy of Social Security card. - Confirmation of residency. - Custodial documents. Call the office for detailed information on requirements. Students without a fixed night-time address (which includes sharing the housing of other persons due to loss of housing, economic hardship, or similar reason, living in motels, hotels, trailer parks, or camping grounds due to lack of alternative adequate accommodations, or living in emergency or transitional shelters) should be enrolled immediately without documents.

- Call the Registrar's office at extension 4005 for information (preferred) or walk in for service. - Parents can enroll students using online Final Forms at this website: https://sandyvalleylocal-oh.finalforms.com/. When those forms are complete, call the registrar to make an appointment to bring in required documents. Call the office for detailed information on requirements.
