To attend a HAP meeting, you must schedule an appointment and complete a one-page application. Call or e-mail the Samaritan House to schedule an appointment and obtain an application.

The Ashtabula County Housing Advisory Panel (HAP) group consists of representatives from local social service housing providers who are there to help those with their housing issues. HAP meets with and assists those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
