Provides a variety of supportive services to grandparents raising grandchildren. Services include assistance in gaining access to services, information about support groups, and financial assistance for a variety of needs, including clothing, respite care, educational supplies, and medical and dental services.

Eligibility
Open to grandparents of any age who are the primary caregiver of at least one grandchild age 18 or under. Additionally, caregivers must: -be a resident of Kentucky -be related to the child(ren) by blood, through marriage, or adoption -have a household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level -not be receiving state kinship care program benefits -not share a residence with the child(ren)'s parent(s)
