Eligibility
MARKETPLACE ENROLLMENT: Must enroll during Open Enrollment or Qualifying Life Events (QLE) such as moving to a new state, certain changes in income (new job, fired, from part-time status to full-time, from full-time status to part-time and so forth), and changes in household size (marry, separation, divorce, birth of child, adoption, death and so forth). MEDICAID ENROLLMENT: Available throughout the year if the individual meets eligibility requirements. Ohio Medicaid Eligibility: - Adults (19 to 64): Must be at or below 133% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level. - Children with Insurance: Must be at or below 156% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level. - Pregnant Women: Must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level. - Children without Insurance: Must be at or below 206% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level.
