*Actively serving military: parent(s)/guardian(s), single or married with dependent child(ren), spouse with children, or to assist in supporting a guardian serving as the family plan for deployment. May include unaccompanied tours *Veterans: honorably discharged or still serving in the National Guard or Reserves, parent(s)/guardian(s), or single or married with dependent child(ren) *VFW/auxiliary: parent(s)/guardian(s), single or married with dependent child(ren), or child has a parent or grandparent in the VFW or Auxiliary in good standing or if deceased, in good standing at the time of death
