Application process
When a patient is receiving care at a VA hospital, they are assigned a caseworker. Intake for the Fisher House is usually initaited through the patient's assigned caseworker. However, the pateint or their fsamily may phone the Fisher House directly for information M-F: 8:00am-4:00pm.

Eligibility
Patients and/or families of patients from all branches of the military receiving active treatment at a VA Medical Facility. Guests must live outside a 50 mile radius of the VA Medical center where they are receiving treatment.
