Adults 18 and older.
Substance abuse observation: Insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare card (if applicable) Drug testing: Insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare card (if applicable) Photo I.D. any forms needed to be completed such as those from an employer.
Substance abuse observation: up to 23 hours Drug testing: M-Su: 8:00am-9:00pm.

Substance abuse observation: Emergencies should walk in to the Southwest General emergency room 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. If there is not an emergency, phone M-F: 9:00am-9:00pm for a telephone screening. Drug testing: Walk in for service

Substance abuse observation: Fixed fee; Third party payment accepted: Private Insurer; Medicaid; Medicare. Insurance may not cover all services; Uninsured persons may be eligible for the Hospital Care Assurance Program (which may cover certain aspects of care). Offers the Share program to help clients understand their medical bills and set up a payment plan. Drug Testing: Fixed fee, will accept third party payment (Medicaid; Medicare; Private insurer, employer). Although generally not covered by insurance.
