Family Promise, or Promise House, has two 24/7 trauma-informed sheltering centers that offer rapid rehousing, homelessness prevention, diversion, housing information and referral, intake, assessment and stabilization, and community-building aftercare support. Locations are Promise House Delaware with 28 beds, Impact Station Marysville (at Union County Family YMCA). Overflow facilities are also available, as needed. An Access Point for Ohio Housing Region 10 Counties and statewide prioritization, when appropriate. A Kinship and Adoption Navigator Housing Specialist is available through the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services, who serves an additional 10 counties.
