Family must be able to document their current housing crisis/risk of homelessness (doubled up and needing to leave or at risk of eviction). Must be at our below 30% AMI, 1 person, $21,700 a year, 2 $24,800, 3 $27,900, 4 $31,000, 5 $33,500, 6 $36,000, 7 $38,450, 8 $40,950.
Identifying documents (birth certificate, social security card, ID for each adult). Proof of income. Proof of pregnancy. Documentation of housing crisis.
