Pre-Employment Transition Services | Cleveland Sight Center
Offers a residential career development program for high school and college students. An individualized plan is developed for each student based on an assessment of their daily living, social, technological and vocational skills and interests. Students participate in a paid, part-time work experience. Areas of work include inventory control, greeting visitors, retail sales, housekeeping, and clerical and special projects.

Phone Children and Young Adult Services M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm, which will take initial information and request copy of an eye exam dated within 6 months prior to admission. After report is received, a Case Manager will be assigned to arrange for service.
Fee
Sliding fee scale - no one is denied service because of inability to pay.
Eligibility
Serves those age 16-21; must be entering at least junior year in high school. Must have an eye condition that limits functioning.
