No restrictions, but is targeted to older adults. Those interested must agree to receive training by Fitness Room volunteers and be must be medically eligible to participate.

Once trained, may work out any time, M-F: 7:30am-7:30pm.

Offers a fitness room featuring exercise weights, treadmills, bicycles and universal (nautilus) machines. A medical scale is also available. Also offers classes.
