Cash or Insurance Accepted, if you are unable to afford required vaccinations the serum may be provided at no cost. You are still responsible for the administration fee. Aetna Health Plans Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Cigna Highmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield Medicaid Medicare Molina Healthcare UnitedHealthcare Payment Plans are available when needed
