Eligibility
Serves Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) and other immigrant victims of crime residing in Northeast Ohio.
Required documents
Will be requested as needed.

Provides legal service for victims of most crimes, including but not limited to victims of:
- Theft.
- Property crimes such as robbery, burglary, and vandalism.
- Elder fraud and abuse.
- Hate and bias crimes.
- Domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, and sex trafficking.
- Consultations.
- Explanation of victims' rights.
- Help filing a police report or talking to police.
- Representation of victims throughout a criminal prosecution.
- Filing protective orders.
- Visas for human trafficking and victims of crime.
- Asylum.
- Aid in seeking repayment for damages that occurred as a result of a crime.
