Phone M-Th: 9:00am-5:00pm; Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm for scheduling information and technical assistance issues. Individuals registering for the class must make a formal application. Applicants are reviewed and interviewed for participation in the class by a panel of graduates and community organizing professionals. Classes for organizations are arranged with organizations.
For individual classes: Fixed fee. Scholarships may be available. Fees for organizational classes are negotiated separately with each organization.Technical assistance calls are free.

Description
Provides classes to teach specific leadership skills (e.g., time management, leadership styles, conflict resolution). Classes are tailored to specific organizations' needs. Classes assists participants in discovering the strengths they bring to a productive working relationship with community, neighborhood, business, and government institutions. Includes the history and current status of Cleveland's neighborhoods and the types of planning and skills individuals need to serve the community, their families, and themselves. Agency also community members with phone assistance on any topic related to community organizing.
