  • Passport Application.
  • Evidence of U.S. citizenship.
  • A valid photo ID.
  • Two acceptable passport photos.
Hours
By appointment only: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 10:30am to 7:00pm. Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday: 10:30am to 4:00pm. Regular and Expedited Passport Processing service time varies. Check travel.state.gov for the most up to date information.

  • Adult Passport Book (age 16 and over): $130.00
  • Adult Passport Card (age 16 and over): $30.00
  • Minor Passport Book (age 15 and under): $100.00
  • Minor Passport Card (age 15 and under): $15.00
  • Acceptance/Execution Fee (for first-time applications): $35.00 (non-refundable).
  • Expedited Passport Processing Service: An additional $60.00
  • 1 to 2 day delivery: An additional $21.36.
  • Passport photos: An additional $10.00 (if needed).
