Serves homeowners and renters within Summit County who meet all of the following eligibility: - Home was built before 1978. - A child under the age of six (6) lives in the home or visits at least six (6) hours a week. - The home meets local ordinances and housing codes. - Property taxes are not delinquent. - Income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Note: Rental units are income qualified based on the tenant's income.

- Completed application. - Copy of six (6) most recent pay stubs. - Proof of identity (photo ID, birth certificate, or social security card) for all household members. - Copy of pension stating monthly earnings. - SSI and SSDI award letters. - Copy of complete divorce documents/decree. - Notarized letter signed and dated for each person in the home over 18 years old with no income. - Copy of bankruptcy discharge (only if occurring before the five (5) year limit). - Copies of last three (3) months bank checking/savings account statements. - If any adult in the household is a full time student, the class schedule must be provided with student and school name visible. - Copy of homeowner's insurance. - Copy of current lease agreement (if applicable).
