Description

Provides job readiness training, individualized career coaching, and case management. Participants receive ongoing access to wrap-around supportive services. Workshops help individuals understand job expectations, training requirements, and opportunities for advancement toward employment that offers family-sustaining wages. Each participant develops a Personal Career Map outlining the steps needed to achieve their career goals. Agency offers training for manufacturing, construction, healthcare, I.T. and more.
