For after hours emergencies please call the sheriff's department dispatch at 419-524-2412. For persons in the Madison area (portions of Jackson, Jefferson, Madison, Mifflin, and Washington Townships) that need to have water service connected, please call 419-774-5519. They know about all the water service providers in that area. They can refer you to the right one. They will also set-up an account for your sewer at that number. The Richland County Wastewater Treatment plant only bills for the sewer and you have to contact the correct company to set-up an account for your water.
