*Age 18 or older *Eligible or enrolled in Medicaid (not a waiver program) *Currently receiving Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), or Supplemental Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits *Either planning for discharge from a nursing home or be determined to meet a Protective Level of Care (LOC) during the LOC assessment *Currently living in or planning to move to a Class Two Residential Facility (RF2) licensed by ODBH *Financial Criteria: income under $1,800, up to $2,000 in assets
May ask for financial documents as part of the determination process, such as SSI award letters, bank statements, and the Resident Agreement.

Provides adults with diabilities financial and Medicaid assistance to live in the community in Class Two Residental Facilities. Monthly rent includes accommodations, supervision, and personal care services. People who enroll in RSS have increased needs, but do not require long-term care in an institution, such as a nursing home or hospital.
