Medical Social Work | University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center

Offers social work services for inpatients. Helps patients with problems or concerns they may have with their hospital stay or their care at home; assists patients with obtaining needed social services. Will perform a psychosocial assessment if needed. Works with the patient and family on issues such as nursing home placement, obtaining health care equipment, family violence and abuse.
