Provides a 6-8-week job/internship program and after-school program for Northeast Ohio high school students. Students obtain hands-on skills and training while they apprentice with professional artists, musicians, dancers, and actors. Career and college readiness skill are emphasized. Teens are mentored throughout the program and beyond.

Provides arts education in schools, libraries, community centers, and other venues through professional performing, literary, and visual artists. The organization aims to strengthen students' skills, enrich their understanding of core curricula, and inspire a lifelong appreciation for and engagement with the arts. Also offers workforce training for teens and professional development workshops for teachers and artists throughout the year.
