Provide housing to individuals experiencing the disabling effects of a serious mental or psychological problem. HUD subsidized 15 unit dormitory-style apartment complex. The facility has a residential supervisor responsible for the safety and security of the building and its tenants and who is available for assistance 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
