Offers family-like homes for youth who need to live away from their family due to drug abuse, poverty, or neglect. Provides youth with an education at private schools and financial support to attend college. Also provides supportive services such as mentoring, emotional support, and referrals. Parents retain custody of and stay in contact with their child.

Youth ages 11-14 (at admission). Must need long-term placement away from the natural family; be free from significant emotional, behavioral and learning problems; be considered "with need" such as living in an environment marked by drug abuse, poverty, or neglect; and be academically capable.
