Eligibility
-Less than 26-years-old -A permanent Ohio resident -Each program requires medical and/or financial criteria to be met before an individual can be eligible to receive CMH services. -Have a concern for CMH qualified medical condition OR -Seen by a CMH doctor. Call for more information about conditions eligible for the CMH program.

Wyandot County Public Health’s Children with Medical Handicaps (CMH), (formerly known as Bureau for Children with Medical Handicaps or BCMH), is a program administered by the Ohio Department of Health that links families of children with special health care needs to a network of quality providers helping families pay for the medical services a child needs. Complex Medical Help has three core programs for individuals with special health care needs:
