Eligibility

Serves children up to 5 years of age. Serves individuals who are pregnant, post-partum up to 6 months, or breastfeeding up to 1 year. Participants must meet income eligibility guidelines. Current guidelines may be viewed online at https://ccphohio.org/wic/wic-qualifications/ Note: Medicaid and SNAP recipients automatically qualify.
