There are fees. Scholarships are available, and once involved, most Scout units do fundraising projects to help the youth fund their own activities.

Program for male and female youth from age 11 to 18. Working in small groups, youth learn life skills, citizenship, community service and leadership through outdoor experiences, service projects, and earning merit badges in a wide array of topics.
