Foster Care And Adoption Services | Lucas County Children Services
Provides information about becoming a foster or adoptive parent and provides training. The program also provides kinship caregivers with a variety of services and supports to encourage stable and successful placements with the children in their care. Relatives meet the children’s needs while working with the parents to complete a case plan. Services include counseling, educational support, and financial assistance.
