Description

Processes and concludes criminal, traffic, and civic cases within the speedy trial requirements and time limits prescribed by the Ohio Supreme Court. Imposes sentences in criminal and traffic cases. Receives and collects fines and maintains all records of the court. Also supervises all individuals on community control or ordered to perform community service.
