Application process
- Call the office Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 12:30pm for brief intake interview or, if already a client, to schedule an appointment for transportation. - Appointments must be made at least one week in advance.

No fee.
Eligibility
- Must be a Medina County resident. - Serves older adults ages 60 or older and adults age 18 or older with a disability that prevents them from driving. - Transportation is limited to clients who live in their own home or at an independent living complex. Clients who live in a nursing home or assisted living are not eligible for this service. NOTE: Clients who use wheelchairs may use this service. Must be able to transfer themselves into the vehicle and the wheelchair must collapse so that it can fit in the trunk.
