Description

Provides a pre-purchase education program and one on one coaching on the home buying process and mortgage-readiness. Topics include establishing credit, reading credit reports, fixing bad credit, making a plan to buy a house, managing debts, mortgage loans, choosing a reputable lender, searching for a house, preventive home maintenance and more. Also provides individual review of loan documents to help prevent predatory lending. If qualified, may refer to agency's home downpayment program for financial assistance with buying a house.
