DENTAL OPTIONS | OHIO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
Provides adults access dental care by matching eligible clients with volunteer dentists who provide either donated or discounted dental care in their private offices. This is neither preventive nor emergency dentistry, but treatment for non-emergency dental problems. Offers dental services such as fillings, extractions and root canals and other non-cosmetic procedures.

Application process
Call during service hours or e-mail any time for initial intake and eligibility form for confirmation. Client will then be referred to dental service provider closest to them for services at their private practice.
Fee
Sliding scale or free depending on initial intakes income verification process and dentist donating services.
Eligibility
Eligible clients are uninsured for dental care (including ineligible for Medicaid/Medicare) and have income below 200% of the poverty line.
