Decreases the amount of unsolicited postal advertising mail that consumers receive at their home address. Consumers may "opt out" from national mailing lists by having their name and address placed on a delete list that is made available to organizations and businesses about every month for the sole purpose of removing the names from their lists. Applies only to members of (or) businesses registered with DMA, so it does not end all unsolicited mail. Consumers may continue to receive mail from organizations with which they have business relationships.
