Description

Provides services to help transition individuals toward self sufficiency/employment through job readiness training, life management skills training, job placement assistance and job retention. This program offers comprehensive case management/resource coordination to individuals to minimize barriers including employment, transportation, day care, financial issues, skill training, legal, health, and substance abuse barriers, etc. Includes employer and employee liaison/resource coordination.

Administers a wide variety of behavioral health services to children, families, and seniors in Geauga County. Includes but is not limited to outpatient mental health services, chemical dependency services, self sufficiency services, Help Me Grow home visitation, early childhood consultation and services, and a domestic violence intervention class.
