Program applications are available online. After application is submitted, family is placed on bottom of waiting list and will be notified by mail when space is available. There is an annual renewal required to update paperwork and stay on list. Those with maintenance issues after-hours may phone an answering service (the answering service will triage the concern and pass that information on to maintenance staff).

Tenant pays 30-40% of family's monthly adjusted income or flat rent.
