Sojourners Care Network
A program for young people between the ages of 16 and 21 who have not received a high school diploma or become homeless at the age of 18. Offers transitional housing in a boarding house or their own apartment, all with case management services. Case management provides support and guidance, helps set life goals, requires agreement to the drug policy, and encourages obtaining a high school diploma/GED and/or vocational training. There are no housing facilities in Fairfield Co. at this time, but youth from the county are considered for the program.
