ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY AND CONSERVATION | LUCAS SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
Provides water quality education non-point source pollution education and technical assistance with conservation practices such as filter strips, windbreaks and wetlands. Funding is available through the Farm Bills programs. Also provides consultations on natural resource reviews for landowners and local governments. Services include environmental education programs, homeowner conservation practice assistance and the Toledo-Lucas County Sustainability Commission.
