Vaccines are administered at the Jackson County Health Department during Nursing Clinic Hours - Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. During high vaccination times, we will schedule evening clinics as deemed necessary (i.e. influenza season and back to school shots). While we encourage residents to schedule an appointment for prompt service, the clinic is open to walk-ins. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. It is recommended, but not required, that parents bring their child's immunization record so that the proper vaccinations can be administered.
