Veterans must be a resident of Ross County. Must be able to enter and exit the vehicle without assistance. Medical appointments must be with a VAMC or a facility outsourced by the VAMC.
Documentation of veteran status, proof of medical appointment.
M-F: 8:00am-4:00pm. The office is closed daily from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
