Eligibility
- Applicants must be residents of Portage County and employed.
- Serves pregnant women and families with children under the age of 18.
- Total household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

- Provides employment case management for six (6) months to eligible individuals.
- Enrolled individuals will receive $500 within 30 days of verifying employment, $500 at 90 days and $500 at conclusion of program at 180 days.
- Required to meet in person monthly with case manager for incentive payments.
- Savings match for purchase of a vehicle (match amount up to $3,800).
- Car repairs (up to $1,000).
- Car payments toward a vehicle loan ($500 max per payment, limited to two payments).
- Driver's license reinstatement fees (up to $500).
