- Call the Service Unit from 9:00am to 5:00pm for more information and to request assistance. - Leave a message if necessary. Staff will return calls to screen individuals by phone and/or schedule appointments for assistance.

Depending on the amount owed, a co-pay may be required before The Salvation Army can assist.
Eligibility
- Serves low-income residents in Hudson, Macedonia, Northfield, Peninsula, Reminderville, Sagamore Hills, and Twinsburg. - For utilities: -- Must have a shut-off notice or already be off. -- Depending on the amount owed, a co-pay may be required before The Salvation Army can assist. -- Must have already received assistance from a HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program) crisis program if available and eligible.
