Conducts a home inspection to identify safety and energy efficiency risks. Provides minor repairs or enhancements to homes based on inspection results, such as sealing drafts, adding insulation, repairing windows and doors, installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and repairing or replacing heating equipment and water heaters.

Open to income-eligible owners of single-family, multi-family, and mobile homes who reside in Kenton county. A home may be weatherized one time.
