Provides an intensive outpatient treatment program for individuals with addiction to opiods (heroin, oxycontin, etc.). Program may utilize Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) by prescribing a Buprenorphine (Suboxone) as a substitute for the opiod or Vivitrol which block the euphoric high from the opioid. Alcohol MAT uses Naltrexone. Treatment involves group and individual counseling in addition to family education and 12-step group support.

Application process
New patients are required to complete an initial assessment with a licensed counselor or social worker before beginning treatment. Phone for information or an appointment M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm.
Fee
Accepts all Ohio Medicaid plans and private insurance. Those without insurance may qualify for financial assistance.
