Provides legal services to low-income individuals or seniors in civil cases, including landlord/tenant disputes, housing condition cases, eviction prevention, divorce cases involving custody, protection orders, unemployment, bankruptcy and public assistance benefit appeals, representation for consumer related issues, representation of juveniles in suspension and explusion cases, IEP's and 504 plans, and also provides representation for criminal record sealing.Currently, only handling divorces involving a domestic violence component, which requires a referral form from a social services agency.

Eligibility
Residents of Delaware, Marion, Morrow and Union Counties must meet income guidelines. Seniors 60 years of age or older are exempt from guidelines while limited funding is available.

Legal services to low-income individuals in civil cases, including landlord/tenant disputes, eviction prevention, divorce, custody, domestic violence, welfare, assisting with consumer related issues, educational issues such as representation of juveniles in suspension and expulsion hearing, and sealing of criminal records. Referrals are available for reduced-rate lawyers in divorce cases with or without children and also for bankruptcy. A low-income tax payer clinic is available for those with tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service.
