Hours for call center are M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm, except holidays. Automated phone line takes reports of outages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Phone for service. The automated line is the best way to report an outage when a large event like a storm has happened. Utility will track the information and provide updates to the automated line as they become available. Can also send a non-urgent email from the website.
