Provides family practice medical care, dental care, pediatric care, women's health care, behavioral health services, substance abuse counseling and medication assisted treatment for substance abuse, on-site lab testing, and in-house pharmacy, chronic care management, dietetics and nutrition. Housed on site is the mobile medical unit which is able to travel to schools, elder care facilities, and special events in the Greater Youngstown, Warren and Alliance areas.
