Assesses individuals for outpatient mental health services based on their presenting problems, medical history, and other background information. Following assessment a treatment plan is formulated and appropriate treatment begins.

Services include psychiatric evaluation, psychiatric treatment, diagnostic assessment, individual and group therapy, partial hospitalization, community consultation, and education services. Provides an Emergency Services facility that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
